An already established and successful business decided it’s time to expand in order to take on more clients. Existing software and equipment needed to be accessed and shared by both teams at each location.

Due to security limitations of the existing mainstream accounting software, this was proving not possible. TechBoot needed to find a solution to bring both offices together in person and remotely.

Having both offices appear directly connected in the tech world was a major factor for this client. TechBoot accomplished this by implementing new internet and network equipment, setting up a VPN (Virtual Private Network), and ordering and installing new compact desktop computer to increase speed.

We also provided solutions to the ever-growing work from home model to include seamless and reliable remote access.

The new office is up and running, mirroring each other's technology to be accessible and secure to everyone. We integrated a system to share phone calls and voicemails, files, and client information amongst the team.

We also provided a new networking system and equipment with work from home accessibility.
